DO YOU COVER ALL STAGES?
Yes, we can cover all stages from concept right through to completion. How much or as little you want us to assist is entirely up to you.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
The Design process will of course vary from job to job. We can discuss lead times and expected duration however to consider; For Planning stage, we will always be reliant on the timescales as directed by the Local Authorities. Generally once planning applications have been submitted and validated, most planning applications will be determined within 8 weeks. For larger major applications, generally 13 weeks. Building Regulations Full Plans Submissions will usually take between 5 to 8 weeks weeks from submission although Building Notices can be made after 48Hours for smaller 'simple' projects.
Please note that all Local Authority fees are independant of our fees.
